Echoes Community Care is a leading provider of quality care and support for people in their own homes located across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex.
Echoes Community Care offers a range of services to enable people to maintain their independence whatever their needs. The company understands the Government agenda, the changing and increasing needs of the public and the way in which investment is needed to further develop care services.
We operate with these aims in mind:
- To provide a needs-led service for people living in their own homes
- To maintain our service users' life skills and encourage their independence
- To recruit, train and support care workers to deliver a competent high quality service
Our Services
The services we offer are:

Shopping/Domestic Support
Support in respect of maintaining a household through cleaning, laundry etc. Help with shopping can range from help with groceries to specified shopping (low value items only). The individual may accompany the care worker. Stringent financial procedures apply to this service. This service also covers medication collection/distribution. -
Personal Care Services
Direct assistance to individuals of a personal nature in respect of washing, dressing, continence management (and related support), medication services, food/beverage services etc. -
Cover/Respite Services
To provide supervised support for clients that cannot be left unattended. The support should include activities that the service user enjoys, unless they choose specifically not to undertake these. This service also covers primary carer respite. -
Activity Services
To provide support to accompany service users to undertake or attend various activities, such as swimming activities, religious services, hobbies/interests, clubs etc. -
Community Access Services
Assisting service users to reintegrate within the community by establishing their interests/hobbies/lifestyle and developing a plan to support this. This is a 12 week focused plan with defined objectives. -
Supporting People
Enabling clients to maintain their tenancies through support at home. -
Sleep-in/Waking Night Services
Cover to provide nightime assistance for individuals – this can be on a sleep-over or waking night basis. -
Emergency Response Services
This is a rapid response service that can deliver in short time-scales. -
Extra Care Support
We curently provide support to many Extra Care Shemes.
Echoes Community Care (part of the Somerset Group) holds a wealth of experience, skills and resources that are able to be called upon when improving existing services, developing new ones or to provide support where needed.
