Accessibility Statement
The Echoes website has been designed and built to be as accessible as possible for as many people as possible. As such, various guidelines and standards have been followed.
The web page content has been marked-up with XHTML (eXtensible HyperText Markup Language) with all styling handled by external CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). This separation of style from content means that even if the style sheet doesn't load, or the browser can't interpret it, the page is still accessible. The XHTML and CSS files have been validated against the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) standards.
This site uses relative font sizes to allow the user to control text size through their browser should it be too small or too large. To change text sizes access the appropriate menu from within your chosen web browser.
The W3 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines have been followed, with triple-A compliance achieved through Watchfire's automatic testing. It should be noted however, that software can't guarantee errors a real user would find, so if you spot anything amiss or feel something is not accessible to you, please contact us.
