Andrea has worked in care since first starting employment. She joined Echoes 6 years ago as a front line Carer. She quickly demonstrated her commitment to service and quality and was promoted to Senior Carer and then Field Care Supervisor.
She has established a care branch on her own and was then promoted to Business Development Manager. She currently manages the new Hart & Rushmoor office.
