Mark is a former part-owner of a domiciliary care business and has an extensive background in financial management, recruitment operations, sales management and regional operations management.

Accounts Manager

Richard controls the financial and management accounts for Hampshire, Portsmouth, Surrey & West Berkshire. He and his team have forged strong links with the financial sectors of bulk purchasers. Richard joined Echoes 6 years ago and has taken on the responsibility for all regional accounts.

Steve has extensive experience of both frontline operations and Social Housing management. Steve has always worked in partnership with emergency services teams, stakeholders, Councilors and tenancy support agency's.

Helen has extensive experience in care management, working for both local authorities and private organisations. Helen has worked in partnership with Service Users, stakeholders, commissioners and related institutions.

Gill is the HR Advisor for the Southern Region of the Somerset Care Group. Gill is part CIPD qualified with a diverse range of HR experience that includes: recruitment, training, employee relations, people management and employment law.
