Mark is responsible for the regional operations across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey & West Sussex. A former part-owner of Gordon Care, Mark has a comprehensive background in care management, finance and operational management.

Rhian Prall

Area Support Manager, Hampshire North

Rhian has a 7 year diverse background within the care industry. She has been a front-line support worker, a Field Care Supervisor, established a care branch on her own and had a wide range of operational experience across North Hampshire.

Jannine Muirhead

Area Support Manager, Hampshire South

Jannine has had many years’ experience of care and care management through a variety of roles including: Carer, Senior Carer, Care Manager and Residential Home Manager. She recently has joined us from Social Services, where she undertook Care Brokerage.

Richard Moore

Accounts Manager

Richard controls the financial and management accounts for Hampshire. He and his team have forged strong links with the financial sectors of bulk purchasers. Richard joined Echoes 5 years ago and has taken on the responsibility for all regional accounts.

Alex Hale

Regional Training Manager

Alex joined Echoes 4 years ago as Care Manager for the Andover branch. Alex joined us from a background in training and assessing NVQ level qualifications. Prior to this, she had spent many years in care, supervising various aspects of care work.
