Reports to Registered Base Manager
To supervise the care team, including all base staff and care & support workers, in order to support the Registered Base Manager
To complete processes for the delivery and performance of high quality care services across the base area
To manage the call allocation and planning process to ensure continuity of care targets are achieved
To provide input and support to the Quality Assurance process
To be compliant with company policy, procedure, current legislation and best practice techniques
