Vacancy Description
We currently recruiting for a full time Community Services Planner, for the Basingstoke area, to cover maternity leave until April 2010. The main responsibilities are to create weekly rota’s to ensure vulnerable adults receive a high standard of care. Knowledge of the Basingstoke area will be an advantage; applicants should be IT literate with attention to detail, along with a methodical and flexible approach to work. You must be self-motivated and be able to work well under pressure. Experience of the care industry is desirable; we are looking for someone with the drive and enthusiasm to make this role a success.

Job Profile
- To manage the weekly process of work allocation
- To provide assistance to the Senior Co-ordinator in terms of weekly work allocation
- To cover during periods of holiday, sickness or absence for the Senior Co-ordinator
- To liase with bulk purchasers of care/other purchasers of care
- To liase with Carers in respect of work allocation
- To ensure calls are allocated so as to achieve continuity of service targets
